At the A.G.M of the Banwell Primary School P.T.A on 10th September 2003, a motion was passed to change their name to "Friends of Banwell Primary School" It is hoped by the members that this change in name will help attract wider support for the organisation, and therefore for the school.
The main objective of the Friends this term is to support the School in gaining books for the new library. Any books that you may have at home, suitable for children of primary school age, that perhaps your own children have grown out of, would be greatly appreciated. Books can be delivered to the school or if you would prefer them to be collected, please email the secretary at friends@banwell.info
